In the west, yoga enthusiasts are following Ashtanga Yoga for physical benefits without interest in the yama, niyama, asana, dhyana and meditating improperly without any knowledge.

Meditation without an ‘object of meditation’ will not give permanent benefit, however ,when used with sound, correct mantras, regulated Ayurvedic diet, Massage, Energy and Bodywork that enhance flow of Prana through nadis and chakras will lead to prevention and healing of mental, physical and emotional diseases.
