Pitta: Mix this pack with with 2 tsp rose water, 1 cup cold water, 1 cup fat free yogurt. If yogurt doesnt suit you use 1/2 cup coconut oil. Mix everything and apply on your face and body. Scrub after 10-15 minutes.

Great for Pitta disorders as well as for oily skin, mild acne, mild skin allergies and sunburn. Mix with Your skin is left clean, smooth, radiant & glowing.

Kapha - Use DRY. This healing, astringent & antiseptic ubatan powder will energize skin cells improving tone & texture. Dry use of this grain cleanser is called UDVARTANA. Use upward strokes.

Vata - Use with ghee and sesame oil if skin is dry.
