Hair and Head Treatment (Indian Head Massage)
A deeply relaxing head and hair treatment that not only opens up your chakras, move blocked energies, and, beneficial in headaches, insomnia, or deep rooted stress, trauma, and even helps hairfall.
We use customized Ayurvedic herb infused oils of Shikakai, Organic Bhringaraj, Organic Sesame, Shankhapushi, Jatamamsi, OR Brahmi/Ashwagandha for Stress and a combination blend of Hibiscus, Organic Coconut and essential oils of Sandalwood, Patchouli, and/or Rose, Rosemary, Eucalyptus.
Bhringaraj, and Shikakai are known for their hair nourishing properties. Eucalyptus and Rosemary open up the pores and let you feel supremely refreshed.
Ayurvedic Foot Massage
(Padabhyangam) Essential Oils and Ayurvedic Aromatherapy Blends are used in different Marma Points of the feet, ankles and legs to release blocked energy and pain. Beneficial for emotional trauma, and relaxing sore mus- cles. Aids Movement of CHI or Prana in the body. A rejuvenating experience that aids the circulation of blood and lymph in the ‘nadis’ of the body.
SWEDISH-Ayurvedic & THERAPEUTIC INTEGRATED
This is our signature treatment. Blends western and eastern modalities. We start off with stretching, followed by Swedish, and Therapeutic work followed by Abhyanga and Marma. (Ayurvedic version of Accupressure and uses 107 vital marma points, that are gen- tly massaged in a circular stroke then pressed to release pain.)
Ayurveda Yoga Massage
Therapeutic maneuvers of Stretching, Yoga therapy, Ayurveda Marma com- bined with energy work. Excellent for upper and lower back, cervical issues, joint issues, pain release, water reten- tion, or insomnia, stress and frozen shoulder.
Shirodhara
Shirodhara involves gently pour- ing herbal oil or decoction over ajna chakra on the forehead (the ‘third eye’). Used in suk- hachikitsa (restorative therapy) as part of Panchakarma. Complmentary to Cranio Sac- ral Therapy, Shirodhara assists in allergic rhinitis, greying of hair, memory loss, in- somnia, stress and emotional trauma. (When done regularly along with diet plan and herbs).
We customize the herbs and cost of herbs are different for each person. Usually done 2 or 3 days in a row.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga Treatment
(Sarvangabhyangam) A deeply relaxing and nourishing full body Massage that deeply moisturizes dry skin, balances the chi energy or Prana in the body beneficial for those suffering from constipation, muscular and joint stiffness, sore muscles. Leads to better circulation, benefits those with skin disorders.
Herb Powder Massage (Udvartana)
Ayurvedic Udvartana uses Therapeutic herbs like Triphala, Witch Hazel, Brahmi, Neem, Manjishta, Raktachandana and Turmeric, ginger oil, rose oil, in aloevera gel to massage into body. Excellent for exfoliation and sensitive skin that cannot tolerate ‘oils’.
